Whether we know it or not, each of us lives a life governed by an internalized code of conduct, some call it morality. Others call it religion. I call it "the Bro-Code"

You know on a certain level i would say that the Code of Bros correlate pretty easily with the Rules of the game. But i would rather not divulge so much information on that so you can just Google it yourselves!

It is my hope that, with a better understanding of the Bro Code, Bros the world over can put aside their differences and strengthen the bonds of BRO-therhood. It is then, and only then that we might work together as one to accomplish perhaps the most important challenge society faces - getting laid. Before dismissing the pursuit as crass and ignoble, consider this postulate: without the sport inherent in trying to bang chicks, would men willingly have sex for the sole purpose of producing smelly, screaming babies? please..

So yeaaaaaaaaah ..

Here's the LP for our outing in PutraJaya, and since we got new toys to play with (the long ass traffic conductor thingy that you see those road construction workers using to direct traffic..... and no we didn't steal it from them.. haha). Reason behind why we chose to Paint in PutraJaya was because at night, the place is seriously a ghost town... apart from the occasional rempits loitering aroound but hey, they're our national assets, God only knows when they'll get their own rights and s**t but i'm just rambling!

like you saw in our previous post we had more than one camera.. ergo more than one angle to play around with and boy were the results rather different.. so here goes..

So many of u have asked us how exactly do we do it.. well for awhile i thought that giving away the secret or the technique would be like a magician giving away his trick to the audience, but then again this is only Light Painting after all right? =)

its a whole lotta fun! remember back when you weren't paying attention in class and all u did was just doodle on your notebook? well this is probably where it would come in handy! but again like everything else practice makes perfect!

This time the crew decided to head to putrajaya to paint and boy did we have fun!

we also got new toys to paint with so do excuse us if it looks a lil messier than our last episode.

So like, it was a five day trip down to our neighbour down south.. and boy it was it a good one..
Since we arrived on thursday Vming and i decided to roam about Orchard and Queensway, taking in the sights and sounds of Xmas! :D
Before we party at Zoukout of course!

The decorations lighting up Orchard is probably one of the reasons to check out Sg at this time of year.. not to mention the sales here and there.. :P

Heyyyyyyyy!
yes i know its been awhile since there were any activities that any of us have been up to, but everyone's been busy!!! (except PuPu la.. lazy bastard.. xD) but nevertheless it was thanks to Pup's Lumix LX2 that got the pics so we're grateful!

So here are the pics from the Event itself! these aren't all of 'em as POH YEE hasn't sent the ones in her cam yet.. >=( i'll upload those when i get it and the ones prior to Zoukout later ;)

As usual the event was held at Siloso Beach on Sentosa Island.. Vming and i decided to go early to soak up some sun but it ended up to be really cloudy.. so much for that.. so we decided to check out the Event ground! .. by sneaking in.. LIKE A NINJA!!

HAHA this pretty much summed up what was going to be the end of Zoukout '09..

As we were walking back to the bus station on Sentosa Island.. you couldn't help but notice so many people just sleeping at random places.. running about looking for somewhere to puke.. or.. pulloff what looked to me like a BADASS MERLION! ~ Boomer style lol..

this dude looked pretty comfy..

All in all it was a pretty good event.. you gotta know that Zoukout's not a sprint but a crazy ass marathon .. with booze.. awesome music.. amazing people.. euphoric atmosphere.. and well.. you get what i mean.. so yeah!

AAR came down to perform at Bukit Jalil and we ( crash, pupu, azriel, phillips and suwanee ) decided to crash the event. Overall, the concert was just OK,* it was a ( rm5 ) concert..dirt cheap..thus the quality was just OK...
well, these are few shots taken * nothing much but yeah...enjoy...
p/s... we the kings, all time low, between the trees.. PLZZZ come down and perform here in Malaysia!!! :O

its funny how people would think that girls would push themselves away from those who are already attached.. but thats never really the case.

stats show that on an average, a girl is more likely to flirt with a guy when she knows he's attached...

it took me awhile to understand this but its pretty simple really. .

its just like playing nickel slots - lotsa fun.. little risk..

some girls just love flirting with someone whos taken precisely because the stakes are low.

they'll engage in racy banter and maybe get a lil touchy feely (aka kino-escalation xD) ,

Relationships don't work the way they do on television and in the movies.

Its like the plot draws viewers into thinking ...will they? won't they?... and at the end of it all they finally do and they're happy forever .. pfft honestly la.. gimme a break. Nine out of ten of them end because they weren't right for each other to begin with, and half the ones that get married get divorced, anyway.. and i'm saying this now that through all this stuff, I have not become a cynic.. really! I haven't! Yes, I do happen to believe that love is mainly about pushing chocolate-covered candies and, you know, in some cultures, a chicken (preferably with a head attached). You can call me a sucker, I don't care, 'cause I do...at the end of the day.. believe in it. Bottom line...is the couples that are truly right for each other wade through the same crap as everybody else, but, the big difference is, they don't let it take 'em down.

and heres another thought..

99% of the time.. things rarely go exactly the way you want them to, so sometimes you make due with whatever you can get… Endings are never easy - I always build them up so much in my head they can’t possibly live up to my expectations, and I just end up disappointed. I’m not even sure why it matters to me so much how things end sometimes.. but i just do…

I guess it’s because we all want to believe that what we say or do is very important, that people hang onto our every word, that they care what we think. The fact of the matter is... is that you should consider yourself lucky if you even occasionally get to make someone... anyone... feel a little better.

After that it’s all about the people that you let into your life.

its interesting how stumbling onto someone's ramblings of a fickled mind can just spark many memories and thoughts that has happened or have been left unsaid..

Accidentally discovering something fortunate while looking for something else entirely.

what on earth does that bloody mean? i mean.. is there really such a thing?

Could it be that life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences but rather it’s a tapestry of events that culminate in an exquisite, sublime plan. If we are to live life in harmony with the universe we must all possess a powerful faith in what the ancients used to call 'fatum', what we currently refer to as destiny.

Oh yeah.. don't worry everything happens for a reason.. its reasons for which that probably we ourselves may never understand..

its funny isn't it?

i mean.. because we call ourselves human we basically have a reason for justifying everything.. and even on this issue itself theres always another side of the coin to it.. well you know what i mean... why are there diseases, war, poverty etc present today?

okay lets put this on a level where we can all relate to. What about love? is there really such thing as 'the one'?

the world right now as it is, stands at a population of 6,706,993,152.. or somewhere around there.. and all you need is ONE.. not that hard is it? Now thats an optimist's way of looking at it..

here's a pessimists, how many of them are women? lets just bluntly say 50% of them..
so our figure now stands at 3,353496,576. what about those who are too old? too young? married? not available? etc? basically, by introducing all those variables into the scenario, you would probably be left with i don't know.. a handful.. especially when you think about those available within a 50 mile radius! its all simple deduction really..

and even though each and every one of us are unique individuals, by simple math, shouldn't it be possible that there are actually more than just ONE person our there for you?

so coming back to what i mentioned before, could it be that its the choices that we make.. PLUS a little bit of a divine nudge that will eventually push us to the one that many refer to as their 'soulmate'?

Dear reader,

I'm sure many of you have pretty much wondered as to why this blog was set up by these four random guys, well initially it was a means of communication to keep each other updated with whats going on. It worked out for awhile but as time went on i guess this site really did lose its purpose - posting only pictures, game reviews and random recommendations of videos on YouTube.

Well seeing that i've got some time on my hands, let me be the first out of the four of us to say that it's going to change a little. I mean yeah i'm pretty sure that roughly, you already know us (our FB links are there somewhere on the links tab). But what exactly are we doing at the moment?

Ken's still in SS2 working his ass of trying to finish up his assignments as always, driving to and fro between Cyberjaya and his house. Probably listening to Hitz.fm while the muffler of his car practically drowns out any remaining decibel of sound emanating from his speakers (which kinda defeats the purpose of listening to music really) lol sorry ken xD. Think i'll leave the rest for Ken to update you guys on that.. :P

Edwin's ... well.. tbh i haven't heard much from him.. (fill in blank) but you know how little brothers are.. they don't like being disturbed when their playing with their toys in the play pen.. or in his case, cooking in the kitchen ;) aspiring chefs... what can i say..

PuPu's doing pretty well surviving on his own down under.. at least so far he's the only one posting up stuff about himself.. (shame on the two of you!). Being the hopeless pseudo-emo-romantic that he is, he still manages to find time playing tf2 and catching up on Entourage like myself.. haha!

And as for me well.. what is there to say about me really..

Its seems as though my recent academic endeavors has come to an abrupt detour as i try to pick up the pieces to where i last left off. I mean yeah for those of you back in Msia and Singapore, it seems as though i've literally disappeared off the face of the planet (felt like i have). Its funny how being the only asian in a professional law course puts you right outside your comfort zone, but hey i loved it! So as it comes to an end and everyone moves on in their legal career, at least i know that the friends that i've made will.. okay nvm.. being a lil too sentimental here!

So yeah, its summer now, and while most of the malaysians have gone home to their families, i'm pretty much stuck here with the same old routine.. well theres more to it really but its pretty *yawn*.. so i guess in light of recent events and also due to the wonderful economic climate.. its no surprise that my return has been imperatively brought to my attention by my beloved parents..

frankly.. i can't wait..

pretty early to say this but 2009 hasn't been the best year for me.. i'm pretty sure things are working out well for yourself.. your probably saying.. oh puhlezzz.. i've got crap of my own too! sure you've got problems but who doesn't!? but with its lows surely comes its highs..

so its definitely getting better from here!

President Obama is awesome, but i mean come on! He will turn the United States into Soviet Russia in 1974, and wants to destroy video games for everyone, He's still the coolest American president we've ever had, face it. Here's what Big O said about games in a speech in New York on Thursday:

"To parents, we can’t tell our kids to do well in school and fail to support them when they get home. For our kids to excel, we must accept our own responsibilities. That means putting away the Xbox and putting our kids to bed at a reasonable hour. It means attending those parent-teacher conferences, reading to our kids, and helping them with their homework..."

These statements echo Obama's long-held positions on both video games and bed-times, but he hadn't called out Microsoft's products by name until this speech. Microsoft responded thusly to the Associated Press:

"We agree with President Obama that it’s a time for families to work together so that kids use media in ways that are safe, healthy and balanced. Xbox 360 is the only console gaming system that has a timer feature allowing parents to set time limits for their kids, as well as parent controls to enable parents to set limits on what their kids are playing and watching."

Wow! This war-of-words is really heating up, eh? It's like when The Hulk and Andre the Giant used to battle it out in the squared circle!

Here's my take on the matter: If you're a follower of TheFeed, you already know that the Obama family owns a Wii, so his anti-Xbox rhetoric is clearly console war fanboyism. As a hardcore gamer, Obama is angry that The Conduit didn't sell that well, so he's taking it out on those smug Xboxers. haha!

A SECRETARY accidentally bit off the penis of her employer while giving him oral sex in a car.

Sin Chew Daily and China Press reported yesterday that while the 30-year-old woman was performing oral sex on the man, the car was hit by a reversing van.

The impact of the crash, China Press reported, caused the woman to bite off her lover’s organ.

The daily reported that the incident occurred in a Singapore park where the couple met after work.

I want to share with u guys about my recent uni project which is to design and enhanced an urban site which is the Emerald Hill, located at South Melboune. This is a group work consist of 3members.. me(pupu) , kevin and mooiz. Its been great working with them! haha. Basically, these are some pictures taken on the site itself before we actually started off with the site analysis and generating conceptual ideas. This is basically the first stage of the project , include some analysis and also few proposed ideas. Do have a look and perhaps can drop some comments ;)

Saturday Outing

Last Saturday me and my friends when down to KL to attend the Eco Bazaar at CAPSquare. The whole event is all about saving our world by saving out beautiful mother nature. But before we headed there we had our little adventure around KL city.

We headed to KLCC for the Petrosains event, but the event was too crowded. So we walk around KLCC and bump into this interesting "mannequins". There were people who walk pass who were actually very shock that they were moving because they didn't know the fact that they were real humans.

After KLCC, we headed back to Capsquare by LRT and halfway walking to Capsquare from the LRT we bump into this place.
We find that the place looks cool so we started. . . . . .

And finally we reach Capsquare ^^ It was a pretty sunny day till it poured in the evening.

I have to say, all the artworks displayed every corner of Capsquare was so amazing. . . And i am glad i attended it because this is one of the largest art event i have ever been to.

Ended up at the Greenroom event at night. It was pretty good when the live band was there, but after the live band played, the crowd became smaller and smaller.

It was an extremely tiring day, but in the end it's all worth while. =P

I did a 3 month assignment on homemade wine making ,
and would like to share this "recipe" with u guys out there ;)

Ingredients :
1.5kg Grapes
an Yeast (sour)
an Sweetener
1 litre R.O Water

Equipment :
Bottle
Bowl
Balloon
2 Strainer (muslin cloth)

Method :
1. Crush the grapes and transfer to a bowl.
2. Transfer grape juice with strainer to bottle.
3. Add R.O water , sweetener and yeast until bottle almost full.
4. Wrap the top with balloon and leave it in the chiller for 3 months.

Tips :
- Grapes( different grapes gives different characteristics. for example black grapes for red wine and white grapes for white wine, or you could get wine grapes, grape concentrated or even apple juice and any other fruit juices )
- Crushing/ Pressing the grapes ( one of the most important of all, different pressing methods and techniques brings different characteristics because different component of the grapes gives different functions )
- Yeast( there are many yeast outside and probably the best choice is sour yeast/wine yeast , but u could try any other yeast )
- Bowl ( apparently different types of bowl gives different characteristics too )
- Sweetener ( rock sugar, cane sugar, honey, molasses and anything that basically contain sugar)
- Colour ( u can try leaving the grape skin in the bottle during fermentation so that the colour would be dark red but do remember grape skin gives tannin too )
- Storage ( make sure its kept in a dark , cool temperature, least vibration and good airing place. Chiller, the best recommendation )
- Fermentation period ( 3 months at least)
- Others ( u can try leaving wood in the fermentation process for oak taste, a cheaper alternative )

i did mine and ferment it for 3 months with the balloon like this

and after 3 months,

First and foremost i forgot to bring my camera , forget to bring my camera and yes, i forgot to bring my camera. . . . grrrrr . . . . . =(( Anyway , all i have to say is a beautifully setup event. Everything was place nicely at the right spot, and the deco was awesome. Never before i seen MOS/Euphoria Sunway look as good as it was that night. There were plasma's everywhere and the DJ booth was at the 1st floor. The Dj's were great and entirely is a great event.

hello mate!
hello guys! bet u all though i was dead or somethin. if u guys couldnt remember me.im pupu. one of the pt member. been away and inactive for quite some time as im kinda having lots of stuff goin on and also kinda lost my mojo in bloggin :O. but yeah..as for now. im currently in ausie !

im in geelong, a town 1hour away from melbourne city. Been here for like 2 weeks+ already and finally settling down and thats why im able to blog :p . so basically, im staying at this add. 4 vincent avenue geelong 3220 victoria australia, if u guys want to post me some food or stuffs;) . so these are some sneak peak of the place im staying and the things happenin around here..more to come so do stay tune on this blog~*

well, just few days after i arrived here. i went for this cultural event at the nearby street. this event is call pako festival . well, this is just a bit of history on the background of this event..

Since 1983, Pako Festa has provided an opportunity for people from all cultural backgrounds to come together and celebrate the beauty and enriching capacity of multiculturalism. Staged as a free event, it currently attracts the participation of around 30 cultural community groups, up to 60 community groups and a total attendance in excess of 100,000 people.

The event presents back-to-back performances over 5 world stages, a dedicated Freeza Youth Stage, a smorgasbord of cultural food, workshops, art and craft exhibitions, a host of roving street performers, and a range of free activities for children. The signature highlight of the day is the Pako Parade comprising a colourful stream of cultural and community floats, groups, entertainers and brass bands that flows through the 1 kilometer festival precinct.

We've taken the 10 most popular female names in America, plugged them into Google Image search, and rated the results according to how naked they are. It' like rating your classmates yearbook pictures, only your class is the size of the whole world, and the yearbook committee is surprisingly tolerant of pornography.
Yes, we ran out of things to do at the office.

Margaret
First Result:
Margaret "Dink" Nolan, the Bond girl from Goldfinger. A Bond girl at No. 1! That' promising ...

Overall Front-Page Strength:
... And, then there's a whole bunch of professors and school teachers, including that physicist lady in the first row who studies asteroids. Seriously, this is like a feminists' dream, here. There's six Ph.D.s and zero thong models. That's ... progress we guess.
Porn Index:
Turning off Google's SafeSearch adds a single image of an almost-completely clothed Margaret Lee to the front page.

Seriously, Google, where is that pic not considered "safe?" Iran? Are you worried about the children? The children see more scantily-clad women in a Hanes commercial. Otherwise, nothing.

Dorothy and Toto dolls surrounded by a bunch of giant virtual-reality raspberries for some reason.

It should be noted that if the search-engine gods had any taste in movies, the No. 1 image would have been this photo of Dorothy Stratten from the far-superior Galaxina.

Overall Front-Page Strength:
Of the first five images, only the fifth is a moderately hot girl dressed up as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, making her hotter or less hot depending on how many of your neighbors you've been legally required to introduce yourself to. Pretty much the entire front page is dominated by The Wizard of Oz (Ms. Galaxina was relegated to the fourth row). However, we did get a nice Halloween costume idea:

Considering we've never met a woman named Dorothy under the age of 70, we were holding our breath as we turned SafeSearch off.
It's mostly just a row of little girls in The Wizard of Oz outfits, thank God. Down the page, you do eventually get the arbitrary topless woman cupping her boobs. That's not good, considering that even googling the word "sofa" gets you a half-naked woman in the first row.

Honestly, we're not sure what to think about that.
Overall Front-Page Strength:
Besides the urinating model, the first row features an attractive older lady who looks pissed off that you're looking at her, Susan Sarandon, and some girl who just borrowed a hat from one of the Fly Girls from In Living Color. After that, more professor types with .edu domains. Who'd have thought "Susan" would rival "Margaret" in the "Most Likely to Cure Cancer" category?
Porn Index:
The clothing flies off about one-third of the entries when you turn SafeSearch off. There are no less than four pictures of Susan Ward in various states of undress, but counter balancing it are a bunch of naked pictures of girls who look too young to use Google without SafeSearch, let alone appear on the page.
Also, a woman named Suan Owens who has written a book or made an album called Tanging the Hump:

nudity under the Google SafeSearch filter. That' gotta count for something.

Maria brings the strongest starting five so far. And, no Maria is not disqualified just because two of the first five are Maria Sharpova. Don't look at us like that Margaret and Dorothy, we didn't make up the rules. OK, we did. Now, go back to studying molecules or whatever and let us continue what we're doing over here.

After No. 1' creepy stalking, Jennifer settles into a nice rhythm. There' a young lady named Jennifer Barretta, who apparently misunderstood her friends' invitation to a pool party, because she' in a bikini and playing billiards. This is from one of those magazines where it' supposed to be hot to show a girl doing stuff that they don't think women should be good at. There' also some Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jennifer Lopez thrown in, so it' almost not fair.

Minus SafeSearch, it' pretty much just more revealing versions of the same. There' one of those fake celebrity photo shops of Jennifer Aniston at No. 1 on a site called AllSciFi. Either this site is cynically trying to snare nerds by promising sci-fi and giving pornography, or Photoshopping Jennifer Aniston' head onto a masturbating girl is the loosest definition of science fiction we've ever heard.
You may think that's the saddest possible thing a young male could get turned on by, but just a few inches down AllSciFi proves you wrong:

For some reason, turning SafeSearch off makes the good Elizabeth Hurley picture dissapear. There is definitely more pornography than on most, but for some reason turning off SafeSearch actually gives you more pictures of the Queen, too, including one that makes her look like an alien in disguise:

Somehow, even with SafeSearch on the first picture is a naked woman. Apparently Google, like us, underestimated the name Barbara. Just two images over is a topless, edlerly Barbara Golden, utterly destroying the entire concept of a "safe"-image search forever and ever.

Overall Front-Page Strength:
Once you get past the boob infiltration, you find a group of regular women who are maybe a little more attractive than their peers. Surprisingly, just the one pic of Barbara Bush and not a single Barbra Streisand. Nice.
Porn Index:
Turn off SafeSearch and it's a bucket O' Porn--nine of the first 10 pictures--and serious porn at that.

3 out of 5 Boobles. Since the first image with SafeSearch on involved full-frontal nudity, we're going to give Barb the benefit of the doubt. It's definitely the name that most exceeded expectations.

There's Linda Caredllini looking very serious in a few pictures, some lady from the '50s, and then we drop off the continental shelf with satellite photos of Hurricane Linda and a bunch of women your mom has played bridge with at one time or another.
Porn Index:
Turning off SafeSearch makes one new pic appear in the top row. It's Cardellini sitting on a bed that was apparently deemed unsafe by the 1950s MPA Rating Board.

Aside from that hard-core bed-sitting action, there's exactly one porn pic on the whole page. That's 50 percent fewer than what Barbara had with SafeSearch on. Apparently all of Linda Lovelace's work pre-dates the Internet, because other than what you see above, it's all hurricanes and PTA.

A second, bigger picture of the naked Mary Magdalene shows up, and the fact that it wasn't visible on SafeSearch probably makes some important point about the arbitrary nature of censorship. We have little else to do but contemplate such matters, because there isn't a speck of nudity anywhere else on the page.
And get this: No porn appears until the ninth page of results! Holy crap! This is the Internet, people. You Google the word "shirt" and half the first row is porn:

You Google "Mary" and you don't get a picture of a woman touching a man's wiener until the 165th result. That doesn't seem possible.

A PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OF THE CLASSES OF TEAM FORTRESS 2

At the behest of the members of the team, the commanding officer of Reliable Excavation & Demolition (Or RED) has recently called upon my services. Feeling that the numerous missions he has sent his men upon have taken untold psychological tolls upon them, and that morale is low for those reasons, I have been hired to give each member a psychiatric evaluation to see what effects the ongoing struggle between them and the men of the Builders League United, (BLU) has taken upon their minds.

I went into this little job with an open mind, and hopes that this study would possibly net me a Nobel Peace Prize nomination, not at all expecting to meet some of the most fascinating, thoroughly depraved, and deeply disturbed individuals I've ever met.

Enclosed are excerpts of my findings on each individual member of RED. There are 9 in all, all of whom refused to disclose their real name to me, instead demanding that they be referred to by their class identity. I was all too eager to comply, as I was the least armed person at RED's headquarters that day...

THE HEAVY

----------------------------

The Heavy, as he prefers to be called, is a very domineering and foreboding presence, to be sure. While I am normally a very level-headed man I was genuinely concerned that he might want to eat me. Fortunately however, that wasn't the case, since he seemed primarily to subside on a strangely infinite supply of sandwiches.

As he took a bite I guess he could tell that I felt uncomfortable, and he laughed.

"Do not fear the sandvich, leetle psychotic man!" I assume he meant psychiatrist. "Instead you must embrace the sandvich! And sandvich shall embrace you as one its own."

That was another problem. In my experience with him he kept personifying numerous inanimate objects around him. Mostly this was limited to his two enormous chainguns (Whom he refers to as "Sasha" and "Natasha") and his endless stock of sandwiches.

I asked him about the members of his team, and he responded: "Comrades are good company, but in battle I reign supreme! Vithout me they are weak leetle babies, under my gaze!"

With that he began to stroke the top of his gun, which he'd brought to the meeting.

"Sasha is upset now. You leave."

DIAGNOSIS:

The way he speaks to inanimate objects suggests latent schizophrenia, and specifically his tireless obsession with his guns indicate the possibility of Sadistic Personality Disorder. I also detected signs of a God Complex, as he spoke of his own power and the weakness of his teammates. A curious case to be sure, but surely this is an isolated matter.

THE SCOUT

Of all the 9 members, Scout was easily the most annoying, consistently pestering me to see what I was writing down on my clipboard.

"Whatcha writin? Whatcha writin 'dere? I wanna see!"

Eventually I told him to stop bugging me about it, and he became very defensive.

"Oooohh, big guy 'dere! What?? WHAT?! Y'think y'so big witcha fuckin' notepad and...yer fuckin' NOTES? Look at the big guy 'dere! College guy! Lemme tell y'somethin bruddah, I been where the action is. I grew up knee-fuckin'-deep in it. You wouldn't last a fuckin' minute, puss!"

I had to muster up all my training as a psychoanalyst in order to ignore my annoying patient. Moving away from the subject I asked up about his teammates.

"Pff. Buncha dinks, all of 'em. Lemme tell ya somethin', guy...Dis whole team here? Not necessary, brah. Jus' put me out 'dere all alone. I can get all the intelligence needed, and them wusses on th' other side won't even know I was 'dere."

With that he began to flex his arm muscles.

"I mean look at that, eh? Heh. That's beautiful, innit? Thing of beauty."

In spite of any other questions I asked him, he chose to ignore me, in favor of complimenting himself and flexing his muscles some more, at which point I opted to end the interview right then and there.

DIAGNOSIS:

Scout is a textbook case of narcissistic personality disorder to be sure, but I was intrigued by the other minor neurosises I was able to detect in him. He showed vague signs of homoeroticism in the way he handled the small aluminum bat he brought with him to the meeting, and the way he kept bragging to me certainly implied some sort of way of compensating for SOMETHING. (Histrionic Personality Disorder?)

THE DEMOMAN

"Arright." He mumbled, setting himself down in the chair opposite of me, with a half-empty bottle of scotch. "Y'can ask any question y'want. Even aboot th' eye."

Alright. I asked him about how he lost his eye, but he snapped at me just as quickly as he'd told me it was okay.

"ACH! What'd ah jus say?! Nae questions aboot th' eye, ya poncey bastard!"

He was clearly inebriated, and he smelled like a combination of cheap alcohol and gunpowder.

"Yer type jes ain't appreciative o' th' work ah do." He slurred. "Jes' like the rest o' this damn team."

With that he began to make mocking gestures with his hands, neglecting to close up his bottle of scotch, spilling it all over the furniture.

"Ooooh, they think they're sooooo smart! Tha' they can do this job without me! Oh anyone can blow somefin' up! Is eeeeasy!" With every word he grew more and more intense. "IS NOT EASY, YA FOCKIN' BASTARDS!!!"

I was growing discouraged, but the Demoman kept ranting on.

"There's a certain fine art fer' this sorta thing...One tha' me stupid teammates could ne'er hope ta understand! 'ave they e'er been stuck with th' decision between nitro glycerine, glyceryl trinitrate, an' trinitroxypropane?! NO! They'd all be dead men if t'weren't fer me!"

Our discussion was cut short however, when he passed out and fell out of his chair. I decided to let myself out, as he began drunkenly singing "Danny Boy."

DIAGNOSIS:

The alcoholism is obvious. Less obvious is the bi-polar disorder that keeps popping up over and over. I suspect that's what caused all the outbursts. That he knows so much about explosives is troubling, but I don't chalk that up to any sort of mental disorder. He just has an odd job.

THE SNIPER

At first glance he didn't seem like a bad person, in fact for the first half of our session I was quite charmed by him. He's a very likeable and friendly fellow who answered all the questions I asked of him politely and cordially.

It's just a shame that his job is to kill people...

"It's noice work if y'can get it." He chimed in a chipper voice. "If yeh good at it, too. And I AM good...Not t'boast, though."

When I asked him about his family however, he grew that much more cold.

"Y'can't 'ave a family in this line o'work. It's just not done....and m'parents? Don't talk t'me about em. All th' time they're buggin' me about how my honest line o' work is nuffin' more than commitin' atrocities."

He leaned in as if he was explaining something extremely complicated to me, and I felt a little bit distressed by this.

"Y'see...Assassination is by proxy a SERVICE. An' there are people that NEED the service, which I provide to them. It's not an atrocity, it's economic stimulation. Now 'ere's a good example...Y'don't begrudge the exterminator for ridding your house of vermin, do yeh?"

I agreed.

"Roight, then what business do people have to begrudge me for ridding the planet of people for someone? What is a sniper after all, but an exterminator of human vermin?"

I could see his logic, but that didn't help the foul taste in my mouth.

DIAGNOSIS:

His contempt and disregard for his fellow man (And willingness to compare them to vermin) indicates a strong case of depersonalization disorder, and while I know that it's important to know about your craft, his expanded interest and knowledge in his job of killing people was disturbing to say the least. Ergomania- more commonly known as being a workaholic -may be a factor.

THE PYRO

Goodness, where to begin with this one?

I couldn't understand a word that he (or she?) was saying behind that gas mask, and I asked him/her many times to remove it, but adamantly he/she refused every time. Perhaps it's just as well, though. For the majority of our session he/she paid no attention to me whatsoever, choosing instead to play with the lighter that he/she had brought with him/her, or to simply gaze around the room. (Presumably to look for more things to burn.)

He/she disturbed me more than Heavy or Sniper had, and that was compounded further by the fact that I couldn't see his/her face behind the gas mask, so it looked as though it was always staring blankly and emptily. It was very surreal.

After a while Pyro left early to go chase some butterflies. (And set them ablaze.) Fine. We were making little progress to begin with, and that he/she didn't care enough to pay any attention to me was irking me.

DIAGNOSIS:

I shouldn't have to spell out the implications of pyromania. A part of me wonders too if he/she also suffers from some form of communication apprehension in how he/she refused or avoided the opportunity to communicate clearly with me.

One can only wonder.

THE MEDIC

----------------------------

Any hopes that talking with a fellow man of medicine would be even slightly enjoyable were quashed almost immediately with Medic's first line of dialogue:

"I should say right now zat I have nothing but contempt for you and your trade."

That threw me for a loop, so I asked him to clarify.

"Oh PLEASE. Psychiatry? Pfff! Zat ees not a REAL science! You and all your predecessors are hacks! Trying to figure out vhat makes zee human mind tick by talking...Dumkopf! Zhere ees only vun- UNT ONLY VUN -vay to figure zhat out."

With that he pulled a hacksaw dripping with what I HOPED was tomato juice.

"Unt zat vey ees manually."

Chills ran up my spine. The rest of the session didn't go well, because I couldn't get through a single question without Medic stopping me to make fun of me, my PhD, and my trade as a whole.

He also spoke in great, extremely graphic detail about his time spent working in places not generally associated with his usual craft. Among them slaughterhouses, leatherworking shops, morgues, and even a suicide clinic.

"Ja, those vhere fun times." He waxed nostalgically. "In addition to my usual pay I got my pick of zee carcasses. Zhose made for some fun experimentations."

Then apropos of nothing he added: "Did you know zhat I vunce took za brain of a notorious murderer and brought it back to life in za body of a silverback gorilla?"

There was a long, awkward pause.

"Lets see your psychiatry do ZAT, eh?"

DIAGNOSIS:

Definitely sadistic personality disorder, mixed with depersonalization disorder. A mental cocktail of distressing proportions.

THE SOLDIER

While speaking with Scout was annoying, nothing could have prepared me for my session with Soldier. At least Scout was reserved enough to simply ask what I was taking notes on, and brag obsessively. Whenever I tried to do ANYTHING, Soldier would shout at me and chastise me for "doing it wrong."

"YOU CALL THAT PSYCHO-ANALYSIS?! You sickly little WORM! You couldn't utilize the Jungian method if you were the man himself!"

Soldier seems to be stuck in some sort of delusion of reality where he is a drill sargeant for everything. For all his shouting and barking of orders though, there's not a whole lot to back it up...except for his enormous rocket launcher, of course...

For every question I asked him he went off on a strange, long-winded tangent, without ever actually answering the question.

"You question me?! How DARE you question a superior officer in a time of war! You should be court-martialed, you scum!"

"I've never SEEN such insubordination in all my years, maggot!"

"Don't you ask me questions, pipsqueak! I WILL ASK THE QUESTIONS HERE! Now why aren't you asking any questions?!"

"I've dealt with punks like you before back on the beaches of Normandy! And now they're 12 feet below sea level with shrapnel in their heads!!!"

That particular outburst was strange to me, because he didn't look to be that much older than me, and if he HAD been a commanding officer at the storming of Normandy, he would have been about 90 years old by now.

Since he had no recollection of time however, I was able to end the session quickly, but not before he forced me to do 50 jumping jacks.

DIAGNOSIS:

A clear case of dementia coupled with delusions of grandeur, which as a result have also produced a form of perfectionism in him. There is so much wrong with this man that it's staggering to think about it. He refused to tell me anything about his past, so there's no way that I can know for sure what's brought on all these neurosises.

THE ENGINEER:

When I met Engineer for out session he offered me a beer, and opened our conversation with a quote from Chaucer. I liked him immediately.

Engineer is very much grounded in reality, and seems to be a rather happy, hard-working individual. We had an enjoyable conversation and he was cordial and polite all through it, and I felt charmed again like I had with Sniper.

Speaking about his job he spoke in a very deep manner:

"Now y'see, these other fellers I work with? ...They like to destroy. Even th' Medic. Me on the other hand...I like to create. Admittedly some of my creations assist in destruction in one way or another, but I feel a lot better going to sleep at night."

The only thing about him which felt off was the way that he consistently was looking behind his shoulder, expecting there to be a spy.

"You'll have to excuse me, but when you've done this as long as I have, you come to expect spies at every step...See, they're always sappin' mah sentry, see...and destroying all the good work I have put my effort into. I don't suppose there's a medical term for fear of sentry-sappin', is there?"

I told him there was no such term.

"Ah, I didn't think so, but I thought it wouldn't hurt t'ask." he said with a chuckle.

DIAGNOSIS:

Minor paranoia, coupled with some perfectionism. I might say that his fear of spies sapping his sentry turrets is an irrational fear, if it didn't happen so much as he says.

THE SPY

Spy made his disdain for the whole psychiatric evaluation known immediately with a single phrase:

"Let's get zis over with. I have pressing business to attend to."

He didn't say much, and was very disrespectful of me the whole way through. The inflection in his voice gave off a very smug feeling of superiority. He was either very rude or very angry. Or both.

"You want to know about my job? About how I like it? Fine. I'll go along with zis idiotic little ruse. My job is in simple terms to both not exist, and be other people."

He went into detail about how seriously took his job...extremely creepy details.

"It's not something you go half-heartedly with. Any amateur can simply put on a mask and go 'Look everyone! My name is....Heavy! I'm zee guy you all know!"

Apparently he didn't know anyone's real name either.

"I on the other hand, in all my prying, snooping, and spying, take it a step further. I have vital information on all the members of the opposing team. Complete, intricate biographies, their hobbies, their dislikes...everything."

I was deeply disturbed by this.

"Spying and acting after all are one and the same, except with acting you entertain your audience...with spying you murder them."

He took a long drag on his cigarette.

"Can I go now?"

Many of you were aware that on New Years Day, it was raining so heavily that my roof started leaking.. coincidentally, my whole rig was underneath that f**king leak!! by the time i got back my whole MacBook Pro was submerged in water.. whole table was totally wet..

Didn't take any pics of that.. was too devasted to do anything... but yeah.. so i picked it up.. turned it sideways.. and to my dismay.. i've never seen so much water come out of a laptop before!!!
Techs at the macshop said that it'll be best to cut my losses than to try to revive her again..

so after much mourning.. me and luke decided to look for parts the moment i got back to UK.

Dear Mutt and Ace,

First and foremost, I am really glad u guys didn't miss the bus back to Singapore. Secondly, i am extremely happy that you guys came over to Malaysia and partied with us. That night was a blast and it definitely will be a memorable night for all of us.
